I was in the military, in the RAF as a helicopter crewman on Chinook helicopters. I did 6 tours of Afghanistan there in my final 4 years. One of our main roles was casualty evacuation from the battlefield, so picking up our dead and injured at the scene of the incident and removing them to hospital.
